General VA

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry, corporate industry, or as a General Virtual Admin Assistant.

  • Social media experience is a plus.

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

  • Proficiency in using various online tools and software for project management, communication, and data entry.

Executive Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1 year of experience in supporting high-level executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information, along with a proactive approach and a keen eye for process improvement.

  • Experience in project management, operations, travel management, and inbox management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Medical GVA

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 1 yr working experience in a BPO Healthcare account OR graduate of any medical courses like Nursing, Med Tech, Psychology is a PLUS

  • With VA experience in a medical platform is a PLUS

  • With excellent communication skills.

  • Strong familiarity in medical terminologies and HIPAA compliance

Customer Service

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry or as a customer service representative, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service protocols.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and enhancing the customer experience.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent service.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools to manage interactions and track customer feedback efficiently.

Cold Caller

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry or as an appointment setter, with a background in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Proven ability in lead qualification, evaluating potential leads to determine their interest and suitability for services or products.

  • Experience in the real estate or home service industry is a plus.

  • Experience in lead generation is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills, enabling effective interaction with potential clients.
